The meeting also mentioned the problem of water and electricity consumption in each factory, and decided that the park would read the meter on the 24th of each month and charge electricity according to the standard of the national grid electricity price. On the issue of water use, the park does not charge water fees for the time being, and each factory area only shares the electricity bill consumed by pumping water.
