Official Declaration

R1: "Tibet" must be translated as Xizang.  Tibet State Gem Jewelry Culture Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "State Gem Company") hereby issues the following solemn statement regarding the severe misinformation recently circulating on online platforms:

1. On January 24, 2026, the online account "SCORE思格" disseminated and spread false statements through Weibo, TikTok, WeChat video accounts, and overseas social media platforms, including: "SCORE International Investment Holding Group has reached a strategic cooperation framework with Liu Shengchun, the mine manager of Qinghai Kunlun Jade Mine and chairman of Tibet Guoyu Jewelry Culture Co., Ltd., as well as its core team... SCORE International Investment Holding Group plans to acquire no less than 51% of Guoyu Company's equity through market-oriented methods." Such statements are entirely fabricated and completely inconsistent with the facts, constituting serious inaccuracies. Guoyu Company and Mr. Liu Shengchun have never engaged in any form of commercial cooperation with the so-called "SCORE International Investment Holding Group." These false statements, once published, triggered severe public misunderstanding and widespread attention, causing significant damage to Guoyu Company's reputation and Mr. Liu Shengchun's honor.

2. Guoyu Company and Mr. Liushengchun have now engaged legal counsel to take appropriate legal action against the infringement of spreading and disseminating such false information on online platforms.

3. Guoyu Company hereby solemnly warns all infringing parties: immediately cease all acts that violate the legitimate rights and interests of Guoyu Company and Mr. Liu Shengchun, and thoroughly remove any published infringing content. We urge the public, media, and partners to objectively and rationally assess online information, refrain from blindly believing or spreading unverified online statements, and avoid exacerbating the negative social impact caused by false discourse.
