At 15am on May 16, 2022, the signing ceremony of the asset transfer of Xizang New Basic Energy, Xizang Guoyu Jewelry and Xizang Qing Investment Company was officially opened in the conference room on the third floor of the Management Committee of the Tibet-Qinghai Industrial Park. First of all, the meeting connected with Ao Jie, the general manager of Xizang Xinji Energy, on the issue of asset transfer and asked whether the official seal used by the company had legal effect, and confirmed to him whether the details of his ID card and transfer funds were real, effective and had legal effect. After the confirmation, Yuan Chao, on behalf of Xizang Xinjineng, signed the letter of authorization and relevant contracts with Zhang Wenzhi, general manager of Xizang Guoyu Jewelry, and confirmed the entrusted payment on the spot.

Zhang Guohong, director of the Administrative Committee of Tibet Park, proposed that the two sides should follow the principle of "according to law, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation for development", take the benefit of Tibet as the mission, take the development of the project unit as the starting point, improve people's livelihood, alleviate poverty and consolidate ethnic unity as the goal, and make contributions to the long-term social stability of Tibet and the common economic development of the project unit.

Zhang Guohong, director of Xizang Park Management Committee, pointed out that all business departments should further deepen understanding, cooperate closely, establish a mechanism of democratic decision-making, scientific management and efficient operation, and go all out to organize, implement and construct the project well.

After signing the relevant agreements and contracts, general Manager Du Qiusheng delivered a speech, saying that the infrastructure of Xizang Guoyu Jewelry is still under development within nearly a year of construction. The development of multi-ethnic enterprise culture industry and the planning of the Tibet-Qinghai park are very consistent with the purpose of the government. From the site selection in the park to the improvement of supporting facilities in the later stage, it has been strongly supported by the leaders of the park. On the other hand, now the national jade jewelry infrastructure has been improved, and the construction and development of Tibetan and Qing ethnic culture jewelry industry has just started. The planning and production in the later stage needs strong support from the government, and it is also true to realize the economic goal. The national jewelry culture industry has added light and color to the Tibetan and Qing Park. Xizang Guoyu Jewelry Culture Co., Ltd. has become an important base for the inheritance of jade culture and national culture.
