Recently, the signing ceremony for Tibet Guoyu Jewellery Culture Co., Ltd. to enter the Zangqing Industrial Park was held in Zangqing Industrial Park, Tibet autonomous Region. Zhang Guohong, Deputy Secretary and director of the Party Leading Group of the Geoffice (Administrative Committee), attended and delivered a speech. Lou Zhigang, member of the Party leading Group and deputy director, presided over the ceremony.

   At the signing ceremony, Lou Zhigang and the person in charge of the project unit signed the agreement respectively, and both sides reached the intention of cooperation.

   The person in command of Xizang National Jade Jewelry said: Tibet Green Industrial Park has obvious geographical advantages, preferential policies and resource endowment, and has broad development prospects and opportunities. The company will actively respond to the strategy of developing the western region, make use of the unique resources in the western region, scientific layout, standardized management and market-oriented operation, and become a new bright spot in the economic and social development of both sides.

   Zhang Guohong pointed out that the company's entrance into the park is an important step to thoroughly implement the decision and deployment of the Party Committee of the Autonomous region, accelerate the economic and social construction, an important measure to serve the economic and social development of Tibet, and a good start to implement the "100 days of hard work to attract investment" activities of the Tibet Autonomous Region. The two sides should follow the principle of "in accordance with laws and regulations, mutual benefit and cooperation in development", take the benefit of Tibet as their duty, take the development of the project unit as the starting point, and take the improvement of people's livelihood, poverty alleviation and consolidation of ethnic unity as their goal, so as to contribute to the long-term social stability of Tibet and the development of Tibet and Qinghai.

   Zhang Guohong required that all business departments should further deepen understanding, cooperate closely, establish democratic decision-making, scientific management and efficient operation mechanism, and go all out to organize, implement and construct the project well.

    The project of Tibet Guoyu Jewellery Culture Co., Ltd. , with a total investment of 307 million yuan, covers an area of 281.2 mu, mainly engaged in the processing and sales of jewelry and jade and ethnic handicrafts, and plans to build the largest jade rough processing base in China. After the completion of the project, the annual output value is expected to reach 550 million yuan, the annual tax is 0.6 million yuan, and 400 jobs will be provided, including 200 graduates from Xizang.
